Ty and Emery had their first date not too long ago, seven day ago to be exact if we are being exact. But they have been going good, at least in Ty's mind. They hung out after school everyday, and had a couple more dates outside of hanging out. It was mostly just like their first one in all reality. Ty making Emery food, and them just hanging out. Not that it was a bad thing at all. In Ty's humble opinion. Those were best kind of dates. He didn't have to plan too much into one thing or another. He could be his lazy self and just cook and hang out. They also had kissed a bunch more since their first one. They were both getting used to it, but it was still sweet for both of them each time. But Ty thought of switching it up a bit for a date. So the day before he was talking to Emery while they made their way back to the dorms and asked if she wanted to go on a hike this weekend and of course her being the people pleaser, that Ty had come to see, she said yes. But he didn't tell her where they were going. He wanted it to be a surprise. So he told her to meet him at the bus station at 11am. So there Ty was sitting on a bench waiting for precious Emery to arrive. He was on his phone playing some stupid game. His phone was still in all Japanese. He didn't really feel like changing the settings to english. Mostly because he was lazy, and the fact that when his friends did try to steal his phone. Most just didn't understand what they were clicking or what they were doing. It was quite amusing to Ty most of the time. But as he sat there waiting for Emery he was kind bored. He did leave quite early. That was his mistake though. He was too excited and just couldn't keep still or confined to his dorm any longer so just left, he had to. He got bored of his phone in his hands and just sighed as he slipped it into his pocket and just leaned back on the bench with his head slumping over the top of the bench as he stared into the sky. He pulled his head back into a normal position as he looked back towards campus and saw a figure walking towards Ty. He couldn't tell who it was yet. But as they got closer and closer he could see the distinct color red that blessed Emery's hair. When she got close and closer a smile formed from Ty's lips as he just couldn't stop grinning. He was happy, he had a girlfriend that was really cute and had a good personality. When she finally got to the bus stop, he waved at her causally. "Hey Emery." he said as he leaned in and hugged her. Despite seeing her only a day ago...He was always excited to see her and hang out with her....He guessed this is what falling love is life huh. "How are you?" he asked being polite and forming a conversation. "You ready to have some fun?" he added as the bus pulled up and they boarded the big thing. Ty took a seat by the window as Emery sat next to him. Despite being used to kissing now and all that. Ty's heart still pounded when ever he got really close to her. Even a simple hug made him blush just a little bit.

It had been a long, crazy whirlwind of a week for Emery Elwood.
Her and Ty had been nearly inseparable all week. The redhead and brunette spent most of their evenings together, hanging out and doing homework. Ty had cooked again a few other times, and Emery stuffed her face with his food any chance she could get. It had become a common occurrence for the two to hang out in his dorm, getting to the point where Emery felt comfortable and at home when it wasn’t her own dorm. She’d never grown this attached to someone so quickly; it was as if their relationship had been put on overdrive from spending so much time together.
Then there was the romance.
Some of their outings could’ve been considered dates, but Emery never asked and Ty never specified. The two had gotten used to being around each other, and at certain times it could’ve been considered snuggling. They had held hands a time or two, though she tended to shy away from it if he tried. And then there was the kissing. They’d shared multiple kisses throughout their week together, something that Emery honestly had never planned on, but it happened regardless and she wasn’t really complaining. Part of her liked the attention he gave to her, but she would never admit this aloud.
As of this moment, she wasn’t sure where they stood. Were they dating? Everything was a new experience for her, and Ty was never clear on where they stood to begin with. They never used the words “date”, “boyfriend” or “girlfriend”, so she couldn’t be sure. All she knew was they were definitely friends at this point. Good friends. That occasionally kissed each other.
Her face blushed as she shook her head, ridding of any thoughts she had. Time to focus!
She was running partially late. Ty had invited the second year on a hike for the weekend, and being the way she was, she felt no choice but to agree. Not that she wasn’t looking forward to it. In fact, Emery had never been on an official hike before. During her childhood, she’d gone exploring in the woods as a kid, but never over long trails or for periods of time – her mother would worry too much if she was gone long.
Taking a deep breath, she zipped up her bag and slung it over her shoulder, rushing out of her dorm and down the hall. Emery assumed Ty was already waiting for her at the bus station he asked her to meet at, thankful it wasn’t far from their school. Eventually her racing feet caught sight of the station, and she squinted her eyes against the glaring sun to spot a familiar face waiting for her. Waving, she rushed over and stopped by Ty’s side, letting out a few huffs of exhaustion from running the whole way there. “Sorry I’m late,” she breathed, sighing. “I lost track of time again!”
He didn’t seem to mind, being patient as ever and asking how she was just as the bus pulled up beside them. “I’m fine. Ready to take my first hike!” she exclaimed, pumping a fist in the air.
She followed Ty on the bus and took a seat beside him, glancing around to notice there were only a few other people situated on the vehicle. Where was everyone? It was midday on a weekend – surely there were other people that needed a ride on the bus. Emery shrugged at the thought, turning her head to face Ty with an apologetic expression on her face. “Sorry again for making you wait. So how far is this place?” She was curious as to how long the bus ride would be. Hopefully not long – she could feel a spring underneath her seat pushing against her thigh, causing her to wince in discomfort. Clearly the bus wasn’t in good shape.

Ty waves her off as she apologized. She didn't need to. He wasn't waiting too long after all. He boarded the bus and sat down as she next to him. He looked out the window and waited for the bus to start moving so they could get on their way. He looked over at the red head as she apologized again after sitting down. "No need to be sorry really. I wasn't waiting long anyway." he said with a smile in her direction. as the bus finally started to move inch by inch until the bus took off. He looked over at Emery, "It isn't too far. It a surprise. Well kinda I guess." he said with a nervous chuckle. He brought his gaze back outside watching the trees pass by fast as the bus had picked up steam. He glanced back over at the red head and noticed her hand was on her lap. Ty blushed a bit remember when they did held hands once or twice. It was a nice feeling to be honest. Ty said screw it in his mind as he reached out for her hand on her lap. He rested his hand there too while grabbing her hand and intertwining his fingers between hers as he kept his view outside and just held her hand, he did have a slight blush on his face as he did so. Once they finally reached their stop, Ty let go of her hand and stood up and exited the bus. Once reaching solid ground he looked over at Emery. "Welp we here at the nation park. We shall be taking that trail over there to a special spot I find after the first day I moved here and felt like going on an adventure" he said casually as he glanced to the trails and back at Emery. "So shall we get to hiking?" he smiled at her as he took her hand and started to walk. Ty was had a permanent blush on his face because he was holding her hand. In fact anything he did with Emery made him blush...Ty just guessed it was because he really liked her.

Ty waved off both apologies, and Emery couldn’t help but still feel guilty over them. He was too understanding, almost painfully so. Shouldn’t he be getting upset with her for making him wait? Her mother certainly would if she were still around.
He proceeded to tell her their destination wasn’t far, and she nodded her head in reply, turning to face the front of the bus. From her seat, she could see clearly through the front window of the bus if she tilted her head just slightly, moving the back of the next seat from her view. She had done just that, staring off into space, wondering about their destination when she felt something touch her hand. Looking down in her lap, she watched as he slowly intertwined their fingers together, keeping his view looking outside the window while holding her hand tightly. His skin felt warm against hers, and she felt the familiar feeling of a blush slowly creeping across her features. It wasn’t as if the two hadn’t held hands before, but she couldn’t help but feel embarrassed, especially since they were out in public. Anyone could look over and see their display of affection.
Of course, no one did. Everyone on the bus was off in their own world, not caring at all that two teenagers were holding hands in public. She felt her chest rise as she took in a deep breath before slowly releasing it, trying to calm her racing heartbeat. She left her hand as it was, gripped strongly by the boy who she had a complicated relationship with. Emery wasn’t sure where they stood in terms of a relationship at that point, and didn’t want to ruin things by asking.
Eventually the bus reached a stopping point, and Ty stood up to signal this was their departure. Emery immediately stood up as well in response, following him off the bus and taking a look around. There were a lot of trees and wildlife around the two, and she assumed they were in a park before Ty even confirmed it with his words. Her ears did perk up, however, when she heard he’d be taking her to a special spot. She didn’t like not knowing where they were going, puffing her cheeks out childishly in response. Her thoughts were interrupted when he reached out and took her hand once again, causing a new blush to rise to her cheeks. Because he started to walk while holding her hand, she had no choice but to follow beside him, looking everywhere but at his face.
“So shall we get to hiking?”
She vaguely heard his words and numbly nodded her head, keeping her gaze focused ahead on her. “Y-yeah,” Emery mumbled back, not sounding very confident. Deciding to keep the conversation going so she could focus on something beside their hands, she tilted her head before asking, “So how long is this trail? Have you gone on hikes before? Did you have trails like this back in Japan?” She realized she was rambling and bombarding him with questions, shutting her mouth after the third one. She really needed to work on getting over her embarrassment. It lead her to have some awkward encounters.

Ty looked at Emery as they walked. It was such a nice day out. Somewhere in the warm but not too cold area. Either way, it was perfect weather to go hiking. Like you wouldn't get too sweaty but wouldn't get too cold with just wearing a t-shirt. Which Ty was wearing, a nice bright red shirt with Japanese writing all over it. He had maybe only two shirts that had english writing on them. Everything else had Japanese on it. Not that Ty cared, he didn't care about his appearance what so ever. It was in this back of mind all the time. He just didn't care. He looked at her eyes as she started to bombard him with question. Ty probably would have told her to repeat the last two if he didn't have Lily as a sister. Lily was usually the one to speak very fast when she got excited about something. And Ty usually had to figure out what she said in those moments that she talked really fast. So he was used to being bombarded like this. Ty just chuckled at Emery as she probably thought she was rambling. But Ty didn't mind, he liked her, the good and the bad. "It's not too long. But enough to be an enjoyable hike. I hiked it when I first got here just to see what this place had in store..." He answered two of her questions, as he just looked around at the surrounding forest. It was quite enjoyable being around in this quiet place. With just the birds chirping. Reminded him of being in the old style house he lived in with Grandfather. " In the country side we did. I lived just outside of Tokyo with grandfather. So there wasn't many. Some, but not many and they were not as cool as these. I went to the country side a couple times to visit some trainers for Kendo. That is when I got to hike the good trails. But I mostly just stuck to hanging out on the deck outside of grandfathers house if I wasn't training." he said to her with a smile. Ty wasn't that into hiking, but since moving he hoped he would get into it more since he has more free time away from the devil that was his grandfather. Being the first born of a more noble family, Ty had to go to all of these meetings and gatherings at the royal palace his uncle owned and socialize. Not just because he was the third in line in to the throne if anything happened his his great uncle. But also because Ty would eventually take over his grandfathers company when the day arrives. Ty's father was suppose to be the one that took over his fathers business but that didn't pan out as he got into other things. So Ty was chosen...well more forced than anything. Mostly because Ty's grandfather wanted the CEO to be someone in the family. He looked back at Emery. Over the past couple days when ever they were just hanging out he always felt a bit something a bit off or bothering her. He might as well ask her now since there was never any time great. "Hey so um, I've noticed something has been bothering you over the past couple days now. Is it something you wanted to talk about." he asked her with a slight smile. He didn't know if it was him that was causing this discomfort in her or something else, maybe something he could help with?

Emery brushed aside her red bangs with her free hand, feeling the cool breeze blow them out of place. It really was a nice day out. The sun was warm and bright, feeling nice against her exposed skin. She’d decided to wear a white tank top and dark shorts, her hiking outfit going well with her black sneakers. This was the first time she’d been hiking, and she assumed she should wear a summer outfit for the long walking they’d do. Besides, the weather was beautiful, and it would be a shame to cover up on a day like this. She smiled innocently at the thought.
Ty went ahead and answered her first two questions, and she nodded her head in response. “So you’ve already been on this trail. That’s good,” she commented, tilting her head in thought. “I wouldn’t want to get lost.” That was always a fear of hers in the back of her mind: getting lost. It had happened once when she was younger, getting lost in the middle of the woods by her house. She’d wandered off as a child in search for adventure, and instead all she found was misery and panic. It took her mother hours to find her, only finally able to by the sound of Emery’s crying. Of course she wouldn’t have as dramatic of a reaction now that she’s older, but it would still cause her to panic.
Ty went on to answer her third question, explaining his previous life in the country with his grandfather. Emery’s eyes softened as she listened quietly, only speaking once he was finished with his tale. “It sounds like the country side of Japan is nice.” Truth be told, she’d never been out in the country before. She visited a farm once before, when she was younger, but that was the closest she’d been. Emery liked to think it was nicer out in the country – quieter, more peaceful. It would make sense to be calmer than the busy life of the city she once lived in.
“Hey so um, I’ve noticed something has been bothering you over the past couple days now. Is it something you wanted to talk about.”
Her ears perked up at his question, face instantly flushed. So he had noticed. She shouldn’t have been surprised – she didn’t have the best poker face. Biting her lip, she debated on whether or not to say anything. Truth be told, she was internally screaming at herself to finally ask him, but she was concerned about ruining things. Everything had been so perfect up to this point. The last thing she wanted to do was make him upset.
Taking a deep breath, she slowly exhaled the air and decided to gather the bits of her courage. She would ask him.
Nodding at this, she drifted her eyes to meet his brown ones. “There is something that’s been bothering me.” She swallowed the lump in her throat before continuing. “I…well…I’m not sure how to put it. I’ve never been in a situation like this before…” Emery trailed off, darting her eyes away. She was beginning to lose her confidence. “Is this…a date? Are we…dating?” She cringed at her words, feeling painfully awkward and exposed. Her hand drifted up to cover part of her red cheek, trying to hide the blush forming. “I don’t mean to make you feel uncomfortable. You don’t have to answer that. It’s just…something I’ve been wondering for the past few days.”

Ty glanced over at Emery, the girl that he was starting to like more and more with each passing day. It was odd, Ty has never ever liked a girl like this. It was usually just a simple crush that went away after a few weeks. But Emery just kept growing and growing on him. It was oddly nice though. He was making sure she was keeping up despite holding her hand. He didn't want to be pulling her along. He wanted both of them to be walking the same pace and all that. So he was just making sure she was keeping up and he wasn't walking too fast for her. He wasn't really paying attention to her as she was speaking. He was engrossed in his own mind thinking about why he liked her so much. When he snapped out of it and caught the last thing. "Oh yea, Japan's country side is nice. But boring, nothing to do when you visit there." he said witha chuckle like he was paying attention the whole time even though he wasn't until that last part. Wasn't his fault. She was the one of his mind and why he was spacing out. They had stopped when Ty asked that question and he let go of her hands waiting for a response. She looked confused with other emotions all at the same time. When she finally took deep breath and seemed like she was about to say something. She started off really shy and not sure of herself with Ty didn't like that look on her face as she kept going. After wondering if they were dating. She kept going on. Ty hated that. So he grabbed her cheeks and cut her off by leaning down and kissing her. he hated that look on her face. He wanted to see that cute smile of hers she always has. After kissing her for a good minuet. He returned her lips. Then just procceded to look into her eyes. "Does that answer your question." he chuckled as he flicked her forehead. "And if it doesn't yes we are dating. You are my girlfriend if that clears things up for you, you baaaaaaka." he chuckled as he grabbed her hand again and intertwined their fingers before he proceeded to walk again. Hopefully that cleared things up for her and she would stop spacing out here and there thinking about something so stupid and all that. And if she still did Ty would just make her happy over and over. So now they continued along the path to the waterfall that he was bringing her to...

Emery felt her heart beating out of her chest. She was definitely outside her comfort zone. To be fair, she’d never been put in this type of situation before. Everything was new to her. The closest she’d ever come to a boyfriend was the last boy that had asked her out, and she responded in the worst way possible: by running away. That was her go-to if things got out of hand or she didn’t know how to handle a situation. It had been like that since she was little. If it weren’t for her getting locked away in her closet so often, she would’ve ran away from home sooner. But she loved her mother too much to do that to her old heart.
Suddenly, toward the end of her various questions, she felt Ty reach out and grab her cheeks. Her brows furrowed in response, confused, opening her mouth to question him further on his actions when he cut her trail of thoughts by kissing her.
Her eyes widened a touch, surprised, before slowly closing and leaning into him. He held her there like that for a solid minute, not letting her go – not that she wanted to go anywhere. When he finally released her lips, she let out a breath of air and felt the familiar spread of heat across her cheeks. It was too easy for him to make her blush. She hated not feeling in control, but at the same time felt thrilled by it. It was a confusing feeling, and at times like these she wasn’t sure what to make of it.
“Does that answer your question,” he laughed, and she felt her blush flare up further as his ease. How could he be so casual about this? Was he used to dating girls? Did he have more experience than her? Not that that took much, seeing as how she had none to begin with.
He flicked her forehead, and Emery couldn’t help but smile. Ty seemed to do that lovingly, so she didn’t take it as him wanting to inflict pain onto her. He proceeded to tell her that she was his girlfriend, and her blush grew redder by the minute as his confession. She placed a hand up to her hot cheek, hoping he wouldn’t notice. But he turned his attention away, grabbing her hand carefully and pulling her along once more, forcing her to follow his footsteps. She let herself be dragged along, glad he wasn’t looking at her reddened face.
“O-oh. Good to know, then,” she whispered, unsure whether or not he heard her soft words. Welp, that cleared things up. Looks like she had herself a boyfriend. Emery bit her lip, trying to stop the smile from spreading across her features. Her heart skipped a beat, and she honestly wasn’t sure if it was from nerves or from happiness. Taking a deep breath, she slowly exhaled and decided to take note of their surroundings, realizing they’d gone further into the park and down the hiking trail. No one else was around, which faintly surprised her.
“So,” she started, deciding to change the subject. “Where are you taking me to, exactly?” Emery was grateful for her choice of clothing at the time. It was midday by this point, and with the sun high in the sky the heat from the trail was gradually beginning to take force. She could feel a drop of sweat perspire from her forehead and quickly wiped it with her free hand, glancing Ty’s way and waiting for his answer.

Ty just smiled after kissing her. It never god old really. He didn't think it would ever get old. The feeling of her soft lips against his. Ty didn't think think he would ever get tired of it. Plus seeing that red flush of embarrassment come over Emery's face. It was just so cute how easily flustered she got. It was just funny seeing that pink shade come over her so quickly. A slight breeze picked up after he took her hand and dragged her along. The wind blew his red jacket around along with his medium length hair. It was so nice being outside in such nice weather. Despite it being a bit cool, it still was warm enough not to worry about being cold unless the wind picked up. But luckily it was only a small breeze passing by. Enough to cool you off if you were hot from hiking. Ty held Emery's hand the whole way up till now. He liked her and he had to show it somehow with the constant question Emery had swirling in her head. He found it kinda cute she was so concerned about something so small. But it was understandable since she hasn't had anything like this before. Ty hasn't either. But he reads enough romance manga's sand watches enough shojo anime to understand situations like this. Now that didn't mean his heart was pounding like a jackhammer trying to escape his chest. But he just understand the situation....luckily. Imagine if they both didn't know what to do. That would just be hell. And Ty would just be sitting there scratching the back of his neck like an idiot. Ty looked behind him to look at her when she said. He chuckled a bit. "You don't have to be so shy around me. I may laugh a lot and maybe poke and flick you out of love. But you don't have to be so timid." he said to her as he smiled back at her. He felt like she was still wrapped up in a shell. And he didn't particularly like that. He wanted to experience all of Emery, the good, the bad. Everything. And with her being timid. It did seem it would be a challenge to open her up. Or at least that is what Ty thinks. "It's a secret. Can't tell until we get there." he said as he chuckled. They were going to the waterfall. It was hot enough to swim in the pools that the waterfall created. Plus it was nice place to just hangout. But also a great place to just sit and talk. Maybe get her to open up a bit more who knows. Ty will find out when he sits down and talks to her. Mostly after he jumps into the water that is probably cold since it still spring. But Ty is daring enough to jump in. Now would emery be brave enough to jump in, that's the real questions.

A breeze fluttered through Emery’s hair, and she reached a hand up to make sure her long pigtails were still in place. It really was a beautiful day out, with the sun’s warm rays beaming against her smooth face. She let her garnet eyes blink a few times, taking in the beauty of the nature around her. It wasn’t often she got to travel around outside like this, and the sun felt nice against her exposed skin. She let out a slow, relaxed breath of air, feeling the wind brush by her cheeks and tickle her nose. Scrunching her face, the ticklish feeling didn’t leave until she was forced to let out a small sneeze, quickly apologizing immediately afterwards.
The two walked hand in hand with a comforting silence lingering between them, Emery taking faint note of the feeling of Ty’s fingers tightly intertwined with her own. He felt warm, or perhaps that was simply her feeling cool comparatively due to the constant wind blowing past her. Either way, she gradually felt her nerves relax the deeper they went into the woods, feeling comforted by the isolation. At least there wasn’t anyone around to see them holding hands. It wasn’t as if she was ashamed, but the public display of affection wasn’t something she was used to.
He suddenly spoke up and she turned her head in his direction, listening attentively. Ty was going on about her not being shy around him, causing her eyes to drift down in embarrassment. Of course he noticed – who wouldn’t realize her timid nature? “I’m sorry,” she murmured, keeping her eyes cast down toward the trail. “To be honest…” she trailed off for a moment, hesitating, before choosing to continue on. “I’m nervous about messing things up. I can’t not try to make someone pleased. It’s just…who I am. If there’s anything my mother taught me, it’s that the feelings of others always come before your own.”
She let her own words slowly sink in as Ty proceeded to tell her their destination was a secret. Her cheeks puffed out once more in a joking frustration, but she said nothing more. Emery was sure he was taking her somewhere nice, perhaps a scenic spot in the park. She couldn’t be fully sure, but either way she packed her bag for whatever the occasion might’ve been. Sunscreen. Visor. Jacket in case it got cold. She even packed a swimsuit for the hell of it, but that was just her going above and beyond like she normally did. Ty would probably laugh if he saw all the contents in her bag, and she felt herself blushing once more at the thought.

Ty looked back at her as she started to talk about how she kinda just has to make people happy. Maybe it was her upbringing and all that but Ty didn't like that. You always come first before anyone else. As a breeze blew by and blew is his jacket around that he had on as he had the sleeves rolled up. As he looked at her with the wind blowing all around with leafs and branches going everywhere. "You dont have to me. Just being around you is all I need." he said as he squished her cheeks together playfully "I dont need you to make me happy, or try to. Just being around you is all i need." as he kissed her after letting go of her cheeks. As he took her hand and started to walk they came to a clearing and there it was. A waterfall as beautiful as Emery. The water raging down the rocks and all that with the water coming into a pool before it trailed off into the a small stream. He looked at her smiled. "Welp we are here." he said with a smile as he brought her to the edge of the pool and just looked at the waterfall and the falling water rushing down the rocks. "So what do you think." he chuckled as he held her hand. "I thought this would be a good place to hangout go swimming and maybe have lunch too." as he chuckled before summoning a blanket for the two to sit on in the dirt under a tree and summoned a basket full of food for the two...It helped to have this power now as he chuckled. "So what do you want to do first hmm?" he said as he looked around and thought of something to do. "We could eat first, hang out and talk or go swimming. What ever you want." he lastly said before looking down at her and smiling.

“Just being around you is all I need.”
Emery slowly blinked, taking in his words. She was all he needed? Well that was a first. Ty squished her cheeks playfully, and she scrunched her brows in response, probably giving a funny look. She didn’t understand his ways of affection, but being around him for a short period of time gave her a general idea that this was merely how he showed he cared. It was a strange way to do it, but who was she to judge. Her ways of showing affection were much more subtle – laughing at jokes and smiling attentively were just some of the ways she did so.
He kissed her again, and she felt her face heat up once more. No one else had the ability to do this to her, making her feel helpless and flustered and head over heels like he did. It came so easily to him, too. She wasn’t sure how she managed without him sometimes. It was a pleasant feeling, one she hoped didn’t go away anytime soon.
With that in mind, he took her hand after their kiss and began leading her once more, heading up the path to a clearing where a beautiful waterfall could be heard roaring over the nature surrounding it. Emery’s eyes widened in surprise. It was a beautiful resting place for their hike, and before she even registered Ty’s words of “Welp we are here” she knew they arrived at the surprise location.
As he summoned a few picnic items and asked for her opinion, she nodded her head numbly and glanced around, rubbing her arm from the cool breeze. “It’s amazing,” she breathed, eyes surveying the area. “No wonder you kept it a surprise. It’s hard to describe.” Emery took a few steps toward the raging waterfall, eyes cast over its flowing water. Of course she was attracted to the biggest attraction of the area. Tilting her head over in his direction when he asked what she wanted to do, she hummed and thought to herself for a moment.
“Well…” she trailed off, glancing around. “It would probably be best if we swim before we eat. If we do it the other way around it could upset our stomachs.” Nodding matter-of-factly, Emery looked his way and added, “It’s a good thing I prepared for everything and packed a swimsuit. You should’ve told me we were going swimming.” With that thought in mind, she reached around and began fishing through her backpack, looking for her swimsuit and sunscreen.
